Dogs have been my world for over two decades. From Agility and Herding to Rally O, Showing, Obedience—and my absolute favourite, Nose Work—I love exploring every discipline that strengthens the bond between dogs and their humans.​

My Nose Work journey began in 2012, and it’s been incredible. I’ve trained dogs to Master level in Agility, won State titles with my superstar Shady Lady, and even made history with my Aussie, Floyd, in Australia’s very first Nose Work trial. Today, I’m proud to compete with my amazing crew—Ripley, Stryder, Shady Lady, and Saphira, who’s just starting her scent work and agility adventures.

Along the way, I became a Certified Nose Work Instructor, Judge, and Certifying Official. For me, training is about more than skills—it’s about creating fun, rewarding experiences that build trust and connection.

Before all this, I spent over 30 years in Human Resources, learning how people think, what they need, and how they learn best. That insight shapes everything I do as a trainer because understanding behaviour and motivation isn’t just for people—it’s for dogs too.
